Message	and it worked fine once the car was warmed up. Cold it would want to die since the RPMs don't decrease gradually like they do with the IAC. I ended up putting the IAC back on but my car is a DD. On a track car I don't think deleting the system would be problem. It's real easy to build a throttle stop to hold the throttle plates open enough to idle. I even built a solenoid operated fast idle system. I can take a pic of the throttle stop if it would help.
